Complete with beer fridge, BBQ and a big screen TV - this massive presentation trailer OPEN Windows and Doors has created to show case their new product is impressive to say the least!

Not only does it open out to demonstrate the functionality of the full range of OPEN window and doors (while the sales rep entertains clients with BBQ and drinks), it is also doubles as a huge mobile billboard that will display the OPEN brand as it travels arcoss New Zealand.

Council Elf Comes Alive for Christmas E-Card

Privacy Plus...

This interior window design needed to provide privacy, as well as represent the New Plymouth electorate in a way that would enhance the interior space. Installation was timed to coinside with the opening of Jonathan Young's newly renovated offices by Prime Minister John Key.

Biker Beware! Slow Moving Humans Ahead!

New Plymouth's Coastal Walkway attracts a large amount of traffic each day, this project was a Council initiative to promote courtesy along the walkway. This particular message says 'Biker Beware... Slow moving humans ahead! Remember to use your bell.'

The real challenge was to find a solution that did not detract from the beauty of the surrounding environment. It was also important to promote the message of courtesy in a way that didn't come across as patronising to the general public.

Nathaniel Benefield, the Sustainable Transport Co-ordinator at New Plymouth District Council used the skills of a local signwriter to apply the vinyl to a section of concrete.

Keep your eye out for future fun messages along the Walkway targeting walkers and dog owners!

TGM Design is currently working towards the Telarc Q-Base quality management system certification.

Developed by Telarc specifically for small and medium sized businesses, the Q-Base Code is based upon the ISO 9001 quality system standards. It will enable us to implement basic management disciplines to assure quality of products and services to our clients.
The eight clauses in the Q-Base Code will each help to focus on the critical aspects of operating an effective management system:

• Management of the quality system
• Control of documents and records
• Customers' needs
• Purchasing
• Training and work instructions
• Inspecting and control of substandard work
• Continual Improvements
• Association, Industry or other criteria

As part of this process, we will be introducing new operational systems in the new year; some will be evident to clients, and some will be improvements to systems in the background. We would value any feedback which will help us improve the level of service we provide to our clients.

“Fresh, modern and easy on the eye,” that was how South Taranaki Mayor, Ross Dunlop, described the new TSB Hub logo which was officially launched today at the soon-to-be completed complex.

The logo, which was designed by Dominic Prestidge from TGM Design, was unveiled in the complex’s new Club Lounge in front of approximately 50 representatives from the TSB Community Trust, TSB Bank, South Taranaki District Council and other Hub sponsors.

Mayor Dunlop says the logo reflected perfectly the brand of its major sponsor, the TSB Bank, and the fresh, modern image of the new complex.

“Already the facility has been booked for a number of regional and national events which never would have come to our district if we didn’t have it. We also have had a number of enthusiastic enquiries from various groups and organisations interested in bringing their events here. Before it’s even finished, the TSB Hub is achieving exactly what we hoped it would.”

The Council conservatively forecasts that 133,000 visitors will use the facility in its first year.

The TSB Community Trust is the main donor of the Hub, contributing $1 million each year for the next three years towards the project. Mayor Dunlop says the support of the TSB Trust was absolutely crucial to the success of the project. “It enabled us to move forward with confidence and security and again demonstrates the tremendous value of the TSB Bank to our community.”

Before unveiling the new logo, guests were invited to tour the complex and all were impressed with the scale and progress of the new facility.
Stage 2 of the TSB Hub, which is the main two court stadium, function centre, grandstand, community lounges and changing rooms is due to be completed by 20 December. Stage 3 which includes the third court, small bore rifle range and fitness gym is scheduled to be completed by 20 February 2010.
